The teaching style is personal and accessible. Classes are suitable for men and women and are taught in a carefully guided way by experienced teachers.

Beginner’s classes include both moving & static forms based on natural movement principles,

with particular attention to breathing and body positioning. The postural awareness developed in this style of practice provides necessary preparation to begin asanas (hatha yoga postures).

Classes last 75 minutes, are kept small and include integrated relaxation and breathing techniques. Beginners may choose to remain at this level of practice or move to an

intermediate class when they feel ready.

what to bring

All equipment is supplied, however bring your own mat if you prefer.

Please refrain from eating 2 hours before the class.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
